Added Flexibility for Smaller Aircraft
A removable insert in the rear pocket allows the carrier to compress by an additional 0.5", helping it fit beneath the seat on smaller aircraft.

Fit Guidance
The Out-of-Office Pet Carrier is designed for small and mid-sized dogs and cats, with these measurements as a helpful starting point:

• Suggested weight: up to 25 lbs
• Body length: up to 18.5 inches, measured from the front of the chest to the rear, excluding the tail
• Shoulder height: up to 14 inches, measured from paw to shoulder blade

Pets outside these measurements may also fit depending on breed, body shape and proportions. Fit is about more than weight alone, and your pet does not need to stand fully upright inside the carrier.

Orders $250+ to the lower 48 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $250 for flat rate shipping based on your shipping destination.

Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Exchanges
Exchanges are shipped as soon as your return has been received and inspected.

• 1-Year Product Warranty: Roverlund products come with a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Pet damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.
