I returned it and they never refunded me my money.
Recently adopted kitten #2 and was needing a larger carrier suitable for air travel. 9 pound cat and 3 pound kitten fit just fine and not to worried about running out of room as the kitten grows. Flew Allegiant with the large carrier just fine. It is larger than their policy, but it is soft sided, fits under the seat just fine. I did remove the side insert so it could compress a little:.
I was slightly worried about purchasing the large size because the dimensions were slightly larger than Southwestās requirements. I had no problem fitting it under the seat. My 9 pound Norwich Terrier got well with room to be comfy. I didnāt use the shoulder strap, found the handles Easter, but it was great for a leash.
This is the best bag for travelling with your pet and I have been through quite a few! In fact I now have two so I can switch them up because they are so cute! My micro goldendoodle is comfortable to travel long flights and the bag is easy to carry and super sturdy. Plus the zippered back pocket is a lifesaver. I cannot recommend this bag enough!!
Seems much higher quality than other brands Iāve seen, stylish, have not flown with it yet.
There was an issue with my carrier when it arrived, but the customer service team responded very quickly and took care of it for me immediately. They were super nice and helpful and Iām so excited to pick up my new puppy soon!! I know heāll love it and I definitely recommend supporting this business. Itās so important to not only have quality products, but quality customer service as well, and Roverlund has both! Not to mention the camo and orange combination is such a statement piece.
