ADDED FLEXIBILITY FOR SMALLER AIRCRAFT
A removable insert in the rear pocket allows the carrier to compress by an additional 0.5", helping it fit beneath the seat on smaller aircraft.

FIT GUIDANCE
The Out-of-Office Pet Carrier is recommended for pets within these measurements:

• Weight: up to 25 LBS
• Body length: up to 18.5 inches, measured from the front of the chest to the rear, excluding the tail
• Shoulder height: up to 12 inches, measured from shoulder to paw

Fit depends on measurements, body shape and how your pet naturally settles—not weight alone. Your pet should be able to lie down or curl up comfortably, turn around and reposition themselves.

Orders $250+ to the lower 48 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $250 for flat rate shipping based on your shipping destination.

• Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after shipment.
• Southeastern & Midwest orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days after shipment.

Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Exchanges
Exchanges are shipped as soon as your return has been received and inspected.

• 1-Year Product Warranty: Roverlund products come with a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Pet damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.
